Changes

Switching browser tabs will no longer upset a LORED's hold status.

Added several menu options.

Added a window that displays all LORED's that are halted or on hold. It unlocks with the task that unlocks the Tumor LORED. You can turn off those statuses from the window. It also has un-halt all and un-hold all buttons.
